A Chobots Citizen is a Chobot(anyone can buy it) that can buy more items than a normal non-citizen. They also have access to full parties and exclusive places around Chobots! You know when someone is a Citzen when you open up there playercard and on it it says Citizen and the top left hand corner of the Playercard. To be a Citizen, ask your parents if you can buy it first or your account may be banned forever! You can select 3 different Citizenships. The 1 month Citizenship costs $7.99, the 6 month Citizenship costs $29.99, and the year Citizenship costs $47.99. Also, when you Buy a Citizenship, which ever one you buy always comes with an Exclusive Item that is not able to be bought in the Catalogs in Chobots. But, each month the Citizenship Item for each 3 types of Citizenship changes. The Items from the Previous months will then go to the Coming Soon Catalog, which is Located in the Secret Citizen Location only for Citizens. Then after time those Items will then go into a Catalog with a Star on it in the Shop. Then once the items are in there, you are able to buy the Items. But, unfortunately, the Items have to be bought with real money. But what's cool about the Items is that some of them are also able to be bought by non-citizens! That's great!
